
I think we all agree that Yamba is a great spot. Thereβs lots of things we didnβt get to that would’ve been a really good to do. Like the 10 km coastal heath walk south from Angourie. But thereβs no point in stressing ourselves out to get somewhere serene and picturesque if your just going to have a major whinge fest when you arrive. We are definitely still learning how the van works and adjusting to the new lifestyle. Everyone has bruises from running into windows or banging against the cup board handlesβouch.
The kids were the first ones awake Christmas dayβof course. We took a trip to the beach and had a swim in the morning and in the afternoon we launched the stand up paddleboard that was a family present.

Boxing day we went to Angourie and had a quick swim in the ocean and then went to the freshwater pools that are the near the shore there. Fantastic spots! by Danny

It sounds like you’re having a wonderful time so far. I love your posts – it’s like we’re on the adventure with you!! Enjoy Yamba, it’s a great spot. Hopefully all the bruises from caravan life fade quickly!!
